The shipping costs depend on the area of the world to which they are sent. The detailed costs are:

Once you place your order, please allow 2-7 business days to process your orders. Shipments will take between 5-20 days depending on the location of the order.

Each product is packed according to space requirements to ensure protection during transport. The prints are usually shipped in cardboard tubes with plastic caps at the ends and the originals in semi-rigid envelopes of ecological kraft paper.

All sales are final unless the artwork is damaged during shipping. Please contact us at info@fabianasilveira.shop immediately upon damaged delivery with images of the item and packaging.

Yes! Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. I encourage you to check the customs laws and regulations in your country as these fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Since your poster has been rolled up in a tube for quite some time, it may remain a little curled inwards on itself once you open it. There are many ways to fix this: 1- You could unroll the poster and place some heavy books on each end, and allow it to sit for a few hours, 2- You could curl the poster around the shipping tube in the opposite direction, secure it with rubber bands, and allow it to sit for a few hours, 3- You could pop the poster directly into a frame!

I don't sell framed prints at the time. But I have designed the prints in standard sizes to fit the frames you can buy anywhere!

I primarily paint on Canson 300g/m² watercolour paper. With a fine grain, free of acid and that does not yellow with the passage of time.

In my watercolor painting process, I usually use a lot of water, which sometimes causes a ripple at some point on the paper, this is natural and is part of my creation. Once the work is framed, this undulation should not be so visible.
